What They Have to Offer
Fujiya is a family owned business with all staff being related to each other. Their goal is to bring comfort and gourmet together on one plate, while making you feel at home. They are known by locals for discretely serving the best casual sushi in Miami for multiple years. With consistent excellent and their specialty being the more "complicated" rolls - mixing flavors and textures is their forte.
What We Got From Our Visit There
The atmosphere of Fujiya is very homey and gentle. The wait staff is very respectful and they made light conversation whenever possible. We got served quickly and the food wasn't too pricey. We had the Stir-Fry Shrimp & Vegetables (comes with rice & side of soup or salad), Deep Fried Bagel (salmon & cream cheese) w/ eel sauce & Tempura Soba / Udon (noodles in broth topped w/ shrimp tempura), and a green tea. The taste of the homemade miso dressing was amazing. The portions were not too much and not too little. Our overall opinion is that Fujiya is a great place to get your moneys worth of food.
